Research interests

课题组致力于“肿瘤演进及治疗新策略”的研究,采取多种手段,整合前沿组学方法、患者临床样本、病人源异种移植瘤模型、转基因小鼠模型、细胞系和CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑等技术和策略,深入研究恶性肿瘤的致病机理、新技术及治疗新策略。课题组的目标是将基础研究转化为临床前和临床应用,并最终造福我们的肿瘤患者,提升他们的生命质量。

Our lab is dedicated to studying cancer evolution and novel therapeutic strategies. We employ interdisciplinary approaches that integrate cutting-edge omics technologies at bulk or single-cell levels, clinical patient samples, patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models, transgenic mouse models, cell lines, and CRISPR/Cas9-based gene editing. Through these methods, we aim to elucidate the pathogenic mechanisms of malignant tumors, develop innovative technologies and novel therapeutic strategies. Our goal is to translate fundamental research into preclinical and clinical applications, ultimately improving the quality of life for patients with cancer.
